The basic terms for using this website and working with EvoVero.

This website is provided for information about EvoVero's services. Content may change at any time. By using the site you agree to use it lawfully and not to misuse it.
This website and the services described on it are provided by EvoVero LLC, doing business as EvoVero, operated by Spencer Hagen from Omaha, Nebraska. Written notice can be sent to EvoVero LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, the company's registered agent and address of record.
Specific services, deliverables, pricing, and terms are agreed in writing before any work begins. Engagements are month to month with no long-term contract unless agreed otherwise. You own the accounts and assets I build for you.
Either of us may end the engagement at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing month you have already paid for, and no further payments are charged after that. There is no cancellation fee and no notice period beyond telling me.
Where advertising is part of your plan, ad spend is paid by you directly to the ad platform on your own account. My fee covers building and managing campaigns, not the ad budget itself.
If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of working with me, I will refund what you paid me. No questions asked, no explanation required, no hoops.
What is covered. All service fees you paid to EvoVero LLC during the guarantee period. That is my retainer, management fees, setup or build fees, and any other amount invoiced by and paid to EvoVero.
What is not covered. Advertising spend is not refundable. Money you spend on Google Ads, Meta Ads, or any other advertising platform is paid by you, from your own account, directly to that platform. It never passes through EvoVero and it is not mine to return. The same applies to any other amount you pay a third party directly, such as domain registration, hosting, or software subscriptions held in your own name.
The guarantee period. 30 calendar days, starting on the date of your first payment to EvoVero LLC for the engagement. This is a one-time guarantee covering the start of our relationship. It is not a recurring monthly refund right, and it does not reset if the engagement is paused and restarted.
How to use it. Email spencer@evovero.com or call 402-698-4902 within the 30 days and say you want your money back. You do not need to give a reason. I will confirm in writing and issue the refund to your original payment method, normally within 10 business days.
What happens after. The engagement ends on the refund date and no further invoices are issued. Ownership of the accounts and assets built for you is not affected by a refund, per the section above. Any advertising you have running remains yours to pause or continue on your own accounts.
If you have a separate written agreement that sets different guarantee or refund terms, that agreement controls for the services it covers. Absent that, this section is the guarantee.
This site and its content are provided as is. EvoVero is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the site.
Program. EvoVero sends marketing, appointment, and follow-up text messages to people who have asked to hear from me. The sender is EvoVero, operated by Spencer Hagen, Omaha, Nebraska, texting from 402-698-4902.
How you opt in. By checking the text message consent box on an EvoVero form, including the Instant Forms attached to my Facebook and Instagram ads, by asking me to text you, or by texting me first. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing anything.
What you get. Replies to your inquiry, a link to book a call, appointment confirmations and reminders, short qualifying questions before a scheduled call, and occasional follow-up about the services you asked about. Some messages are sent automatically and some are written by an AI assistant. If you would rather talk to a person, say so in the thread or call 402-698-4902 and you will get me.
Frequency. Varies, typically two to eight messages per month.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your plan. EvoVero does not charge you for text messages.
Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed.
Opting out. Reply STOP to any message. QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, and OPT OUT also work, and so does plain language such as "stop texting me" or "take me off your list." You may receive one final message confirming the opt-out, with no marketing in it. You can also opt out by email to spencer@evovero.com or by calling 402-698-4902. Opt-outs are honored within ten business days at the outside.

How I handle the number itself, including the rule that mobile information is never shared with third parties for marketing, is covered in the Privacy Policy.
Do not use this site or my messaging channels to send unlawful, abusive, or deceptive content, to attempt unauthorized access, to scrape or overload the site, or to impersonate anyone. I may stop responding to or block anyone who does.
I may update these terms as the business changes. The revision date at the top reflects the last substantive change. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from this website or these terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Douglas County, Nebraska. Nothing here waives any right you have under the consumer protection law of the state where you live.
